Try and learn what scales are and how chord progressions work. Your melody, the whistle part, is super out of pitch with the rest of your song. And the chords you chose don't work with your melody. I'd recommend watching some videos on music theory, the very basics. Starting with notes and scales. Then work your way up to more advanced topics.
Try and start off small when you start making music. The longer the piece is the harder it's gonna be to try and understand concepts.
Also try and work on things like mixing. Bringing down the drums and bringing up your melody would help with clarity.
